Desde el momento en que supo que estaba embarazada, la publicista Clau Zorrilla decidió que a partir del momento en que tuviera a su bebe en brazos sería una mamá a tiempo completo. Lo que no sospechó ese día, ese sus conocimientos en publicidad la llevarían a ayudar a otras mamás a encontrarse a ellas mismas mediante el uso de las redes sociales.

Ya han pasado tres años desde que Clau se convirtió en mamá y un poco menos desde que ha armado toda una red de apoyo a las mujeres que, como ella, quieren hallar un balance en sus vidas, a traves de su cuenta de Instagram, Fit by Clau, una especie de continuidad a un proyecto que inició con un blog llamado 'Mamacita Millennial'.

'Despues de que tuve a mi hija, quede con unas libras de más y empece a entrenar. Poco a poco empece a documentar todo, con la ayuda de mi entrenador Henry Toraño, de Aggressive Fitness, y le fui dando forma a Fit by Clau, que es mucho más que una página de entrenamiento y rutinas, es una página inspiracional, tiene que ver con un estilo de vida, es cómo mantener el balance en tu vida', dijo a NotiCel.

La joven mamá, de tan solo 30 años, mantiene una vida muy activa y hasta logró abrir su propia agencia de publicidad digital, llamada Algo Social, que mantiene junto con su socia Mayrel González.

'Cuando decido irme como mamá 'full time', un cliente me llamó y me dijo que que tal si le hacía el trabajo desde la casa y lo acepte. Lo que comenzó con este cliente, se fue pasando de boca en boca y hoy día ya tenemos una cartera de unos 15 clientes', relató.

Así que Chau pasa sus días entre 15 clientes, su trabajo creando contenido para sus propios proyectos y su hija de tres años. No es sencillo, dijo, pero disfruta lo que hace por lo que no le pesa.

'La clave de todo es hacer los 'to do's' y un itinerario. Me levanto a las 5:00 a.m. y trabajo con el contenido hasta las 6:00. Luego, preparo los bultos de la nena y hago el desayuno. Salgo a las 8:00 al gym y ya a las 9:00 estoy metida con las cosas del trabajo, para terminar temprano y dedicarle tiempo a mi familia. Si uno hace el ejercicio de organizarse, todo te puede salir', contó.

Su página de Instagram va creciendo cada día más de forma orgánica y tiene toda una comunidad que la apoya y sigue y eso, más que cualquier otra cosa, es su mayor motivación.

'Las mujeres no estamos solas y si nos ayudamos, podemos lograr mucho más. Quiero que sepan que si necesitan cualquier palabra de aliento, cualquier mamá que lo necesite, voy a estar ahí', concluyó.
