During forum in Washington
Fiscal Control Board Chairman Jose Carrión III doled out the blame and accused the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) as the primary culprit for the deaths caused by Hurricane María in Puerto Rico. He also thanked the federal government and President Donald Trump for what he described as all the help they offered Puerto Rico after the emergency. He made these expressions during a forum in Washington DC.
