Organizations power fire stations in SJ and Utuado
Free of charge
While the local government promises to restore electric and water services by the end of 2017, nonprofit organizations are on a mission to install solar panels and water collection and filtration systems in every fire station in Puerto Rico, starting with one in the San Juan neighborhood of Barrio Obrero and another in Utuado.
