El Servicio Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda en San Juan inform\u00f3 el lunes que se registr\u00f3 un sismo de magnitud preliminar 4.7 al norte de Anegada, sin amenaza de tsunami para Puerto Rico ni las Islas V\u00edrgenes de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el informe, el movimiento tel\u00farico ocurri\u00f3 a las 5:16 de la tarde del martes del 31 de marzo en la latitud 19.2 norte y longitud 65.0 oeste, a unas 49 millas al noroeste de Anegada.<\/p>

El Servicio Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda indic\u00f3 que, por su localizaci\u00f3n y magnitud, el sismo no tuvo la fuerza suficiente para generar un tsunami que cause da\u00f1os en Puerto Rico, las Islas V\u00edrgenes de Estados Unidos, la costa atl\u00e1ntica y del Golfo de Estados Unidos o el este de Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La agencia a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que algunas \u00e1reas podr\u00edan experimentar cambios en el nivel del mar que no causar\u00edan da\u00f1os y reiter\u00f3 que no existe riesgo de tsunami para la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
