La Polic\u00eda de Puerto Rico inform\u00f3 que un caso inicialmente reportado como agresi\u00f3n grave y maltrato a menor en Humacao fue reclasificado, luego de que una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica descartara lesiones en el involucrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el informe, en la ma\u00f1ana del martes se aleg\u00f3 que una mujer de 34 a\u00f1os hab\u00eda quemado a su hijo de 13 a\u00f1os con un sart\u00e9n caliente y lo hab\u00eda amenazado con un cuchillo en hechos ocurridos en el barrio Candelero Abajo. El caso fue atendido por agentes del Distrito de Humacao y referido a la Divisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Juveniles del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Criminales.<\/p>

Sin embargo, tras la evaluaci\u00f3n del doctor Francisco Estrada en el Centro de Diagn\u00f3stico y Tratamiento del \u00e1rea, se certific\u00f3 que el menor no presentaba golpes, quemaduras, laceraciones, traumas ni heridas punzantes, contrario a lo que se aleg\u00f3 en un inicio.
