El exlegislador del Partido Popular Democr\u00e1tico (PPD) y tambien exalcalde del municipio de Coamo, Carlos Luis Torres Santiago, falleci\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy.<\/p>\n

Al momento, se desconoce las razones del exfuncionario, quien dirigi\u00f3 el municipio de Coamo desde el 1989 hasta el 1996.<\/p>

No obstante, el Senado de Puerto Rico aprob\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n del Senado 775, para expresar las condolencias por el fallecimiento de Torres Santiago, quien fungi\u00f3 como representante a la C\u00e1mara por el Distrito 2 durante veinte a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
