El centro comerciales estar\u00e1 localizado al lado de la Laguna San Jose y al extremo sur del Puente Teodoro Moscoso.<\/p>\n<p>El centro comercial, que cuenta con aproximadamente 650,000 pies cuadrados, alojar\u00e1 las primeras tiendas Nordstrom y Saks Fifth Avenue en la isla, adem\u00e1s de m\u00e1s de 100 restaurantes y tiendas especializadas de las que alrededor del 60% van a ser nuevas en Puerto Rico.
