La actriz y cantante Jennifer L\u00f3pez recibir\u00e1 el galard\u00f3n Icon Award en la gala de los Billboard Music Awards, que tendr\u00e1 lugar el 18 de mayo en Las Vegas (Nevada), inform\u00f3 hoy la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El Icon Award es el m\u00e1ximo honor del evento en reconocimiento a la trayectoria de un artista. L\u00f3pez es la cuarta persona que recibe el premio -la primer mujer- despu\u00e9s de Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder y Prince.<\/p>\n

‘Jennifer L\u00f3pez es una de las artistas mas emblem\u00e1ticas de su generaci\u00f3n’, dijo Larry Klein, productor de los Billboard Music Awards. ‘Estamos encantados de honrar su hist\u00f3rica carrera con el Icon Award 2014 y estar\u00e9 deseando verla cuando suba al escenario’, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>

L\u00f3pez compartir\u00e1 el escenario con Pitbull para estrenar la canci\u00f3n oficial del pr\u00f3ximo Mundial de F\u00fatbol, ‘We Are One (Ole Ola)’. La artista tambi\u00e9n presentar\u00e1 su nuevo sencillo, ‘First Love’, perteneciente a su d\u00e9cimo disco de estudio, titulado ‘AKA’.<\/p>\n

Otros artistas que actuar\u00e1n sobre el escenario son 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Derulo, Imagine Dragons, Luke Bryan, John Legend y OneRepublic.<\/p>\n
