Polanco Cruz, un guardia de seguridad, fue procesado por la muerte a balazos de Jos\u00e9 Rivera Gonzaga, de 41 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La Polic\u00eda detall\u00f3 que el imputado fue llevado ante el juez Arnaldo Castro Callejo por orden del fiscal Carlos Pe\u00f1a, quien radic\u00f3 cargos por asesinato en primer grado, tentativa de asesinato y dos cargos por Ley de Armas.<\/p>\n<p>Castro Callejo determin\u00f3 causa para arresto por los delitos mencionados y le impuso una fianza global de 100,000 d\u00f3lares, que fue prestada.
