Previo a su designaci\u00f3n al Tribunal Supremosirvi\u00f3en la Judicatura como Juez Superior. Fue el entonces Rafael Hern\u00e1ndez Col\u00f3n quien lo nombr\u00f3 como Juez Asociado.<\/p>\n<p>La Jueza Presidenta del Tribunal Supremo,Maite D. Oronoz Rodr\u00edguez, lament\u00f3 su fallecimiento y asegur\u00f3 que&#8217;hoy supe quePeter Ortiz Gustafson falleci\u00f3. El Juez fue ungran jurista, con una mente privilegiada y un gran puertorrique\u00f1o.
