Un individuo que viajaba en un veh\u00edculo oficial de la Divisi\u00f3n de Rentas Internas del \u00e1rea de Arecibo del Departamento de Hacienda, fue detenido a eso de las 5:15 de la tarde del miercoles en el expreso PR-22 por conducir en estado de embriaguez.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el informe policiaco, Emilio J. Vel\u00e1squez Figueroa fue intervenido por ir a exceso de velocidad en una Grand Cheroky Laredo de 2010, cuando el agente que intervino percibi\u00f3 el fuerte olor a alcohol que exped\u00eda el conductor.<\/p>

Al individuo se le realiz\u00f3 la prueba de aliento a la que arroj\u00f3 .198 por ciento de alcohol en su organismo.<\/p>\n
