Guzm\u00e1n Mel\u00e9ndez se encontraba realizando una ronda preventiva por la parte posterior del modulo D-4, cuando escuch\u00f3 varios gritos. De inmediato \u00e9ste lleg\u00f3 al lugar y encontr\u00f3 malherido a un confinado identificado como Justo Molina Morales de 34 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La Polic\u00eda detall\u00f3 que el confinado fue transportado al \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica de dicha instituci\u00f3n penal y fue diagnosticado con varias heridas abiertas en la cabeza y m\u00faltiples hematomas en varias partes del cuerpo.
