El exjuez superior Reynaldo Santiago Concepci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 investigado por un Fiscal Especial Independiente (FEI) ante la posible comisi\u00f3n de 13 delitos por violaci\u00f3n a la Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n e Intervenci\u00f3n contra la Violencia Domestica.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la presidenta del Panel sobre el Fiscal Especial Independiente (PFEI), Nydia M. Cotto Vives, dicho organismo design\u00f3 un FEI luego de evaluar el expediente de investigaci\u00f3n preliminar sometido por el Departamento de Justicia.<\/p>

Inform\u00f3 que el Panel design\u00f3 a la licenciada Iris Mel\u00e9ndez como fiscal especial independiente a cargo de este caso y al licenciado Guillermo Garau, como fiscal delegado.<\/p>\n

Cotto Vives explic\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n preliminar imputa al exjuez la alegada comisi\u00f3n de13 delitos, seis cargos por infracci\u00f3n al Art. 3.1, otros tres cargos por infracci\u00f3n al Art.3.2 (E) y cuatro cargos por infracci\u00f3n al Art.3.3 de la citada Ley.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
