Seg\u00fan el reporte de la Polic\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Luis Torres Ortiz de 38 a\u00f1os conduc\u00eda un veh\u00edculo Toyota Corolla, color gris, a exceso de velocidad. Como consecuencia, se sali\u00f3 y choc\u00f3 un talud de tierra de una zanja. Luego, se volc\u00f3, choc\u00f3 un tubo de un rancho de un establecimiento de venta de comida y se incendi\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo. Torres Ortiz muri\u00f3 calcinado.<\/p>
