El secretario de Justicia, Domingo Emanuelli inform\u00f3 hoy que el Departamento de Justicia recomend\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de un Fiscal Especial Independiente (FEI) para ampliar y culminar el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n sobre posibles violaciones al c\u00f3digo penal por parte del exrepresentante Urayo\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez Alvarado.<\/p>\n

\u201cComo parte de una investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por fiscales del Departamento de Justicia, se obtuvo informaci\u00f3n que nos lleva a recomendar la designaci\u00f3n de un FEI para que le d\u00e9 continuidad y culmine el proceso conforme a los posibles hallazgos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Emanuelli en declaraciones escritas.<\/p>
