Originalmente, se combat\u00edan estas enfermedades virales vacunando con el virus vivo atenuado para crear anticuerpos en el sistema.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn ejemplo de ello es la vacuna del sarampi\u00f3n\u201d, record\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Otra forma desarrollada fue a trav\u00e9s de la inyecci\u00f3n de virus inactivado o muerto, que no tiene capacidad infecciosa. Esa t\u00e9cnica se utiliza, por ejemplo, para la vacuna para la influenza.<\/p>\n<p>Y la tercera t\u00e9cnica hasta ahora utilizada era la de vacunas recombinantes, en las que trabajaban con el DNA de la c\u00e9lula de la bacteria o el virus que te estaba causando la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe lo que estamos hablando ahora es ingenier\u00eda totalmente, las que estamos usando con los nucle\u00f3tidos y el ejemplo de estas es la del Covid\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El reconocido neum\u00f3logo indic\u00f3 que la vacuna no es un virus atenuando ni inactivo, sino RNA del virus que provoca que el cuerpo cree las prote\u00ednas necesarias antes de que el virus llegue al organismo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando se inyecta a la c\u00e9lula, nosotros estamos al frente del virus y ponemos a la c\u00e9lula a producir anticuerpos en contra del virus. Ya tenemos una l\u00ednea de defensa y cuando llega el virus, ya nosotros tenemos anticuerpos en contra del virus. Dos cosas pasan: o no te da (coronavirus), o si te da, te da bien leve.
