El Departamento de Justicia inform\u00f3 hoy, s\u00e1bado, que radic\u00f3 cargos contra un sujeto de 25 a\u00f1os que admiti\u00f3 haber agredido sexualmente una menor de edad.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan indica el informe preliminar, los hechos se remontan al municipio de San Sebasti\u00e1n, donde el 30 de mayo Pedro L. Ortiz agredi\u00f3 sexualmente una mejor y luego, admiti\u00f3 los hechos a la progenitora de esta, a quien \u00abpidi\u00f3 perd\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Los cargos sometidos en su contra, seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 la secretaria de Justicia, Dennise N. Longo y el fiscal de distrito, Jos\u00e9 Aldebol Col\u00f3n, fueron: un cargo por violaci\u00f3n al Art\u00edculo 130 Agresi\u00f3n Sexual del C\u00f3digo Penal y un cargo por el Art\u00edculo 59 o Negligencia de la Ley 246 Ley para la Seguridad, Bienestar y Protecci\u00f3n de Menores.<\/p>\n
Tras la radicaci\u00f3n de cargos, el juez Orlando Avil\u00e9s Santiago, del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Aguadilla, determin\u00f3 causa en todos los delitos presentados e impuso una fianza global de $10,000.<\/p>\n
La fianza la fue prestada y la vista preliminar se\u00f1alada para el 22 de julio de 2020.<\/p>\n
El caso sigue a cargo de la fiscal Myriam E. Nieves Vera en conjunto con el agente Alexis Cardona Valent\u00edn de la Divisi\u00f3n de Delitos Sexuales de Aguadilla del Negociado de la Polic\u00eda de Puerto Rico.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
