El alcalde de Aguadilla por el Partido Nuevo Progresista (PNP), Carlos Mendez Mart\u00ednez, anunci\u00f3 que este es su \u00faltimo cuatrienio como ejecutivo municipal durante un discurso de fin de a\u00f1o que ofreci\u00f3 a sus compueblanos.<\/p>\n
