La Polic\u00eda anunci\u00f3 el viernes, que en horas de la tarde en el Tribunal de Ponce, se le radicaron cargos a Jose M. Rodr\u00edguez Torres, de 43 a\u00f1os, por el Art\u00edculo 131 del C\u00f3digo Penal de P.R., Incesto.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la uniformada, los hechos ocurrieron el d\u00eda 6 de junio en el municipio de Villalba, donde Jos\u00e9 M. Rodr\u00edguez cometi\u00f3 el delito de incesto contra una menor de 8 a\u00f1os, su hija biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>

Este caso fue investigo por el agente Enrique Mercado, consultado ante la fiscal Carmen Santa, y llevado ante la presencia de la juez Adria Cruz Cruz, quien luego de escuchar las pruebas encontr\u00f3 causa por Art\u00edculo 131 de Incesto, e impuso una fianza de $25 mil que no pudo prestar, siendo ingresado en el complejo correccional Las Cucharas de Ponce.<\/p>\n
