Una mujer identificada como Amanda Rodr\u00edguez Rivera, de 33 a\u00f1os, fue ingresada en prisi\u00f3n por no poder pagar la fianza por supuestamente agredir sexualmente, cometer actos lascivos y maltratar a un menor de 9 a\u00f1os en San Juan, inform\u00f3 el Departamento de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n del agente Jes\u00fas Santana Soto, adscrito a la Divisi\u00f3n de Delitos Sexuales y Maltrato a Menores, la mujer agredi\u00f3 sexualmente, incurri\u00f3 en actos lascivos y maltrat\u00f3 al menor cuando este ten\u00eda 9 a\u00f1os. Los hechos ocurrieron entre los a\u00f1os 2018 y 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, en el informe policiaco se indica que la agresi\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 el 4 de octubre de 2025.<\/p>

La jueza Alfrida Tomey Imbert, del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de San Juan, determin\u00f3 causa para arresto por todos los cargos presentados e impuso una fianza global de $400,000. Al no prestar la fianza, fue ingresada en prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
